Why do we deliver in the community?
Our community sessions are fun, safe environments in which allow individuals to partake in exercise, and receive the maximum benefits. Our sessions vary in tempo, but most importantly types of exercise. We deliver:

With guidelines stating the targets of maintaining or improving their physical function by undertaking activities aimed at improving or maintaining muscle strength, balance and flexibility on at least two days a week.
Our sessions have found to improve these components of fitness, but also have resulted in a positive increase in mental state, social confidence, and also can influence the health of the individual.
We aim to cater to all, individually, and also as an age group. With the research we have conducted we have adapted and ensured that our clients receive the highest quality delivery.
